We have an urgent need to secure an allocation and supply of VIRGIN D6 OIL of Russian origin from any reliable and genuine seller/refinery. Our company serving on discretionary bases, is willing, ready and has the capacity to purchase an initial 100,000,000 Gallons of the stated product on a spot deal basis FOB Rotterdam or on a TTO terms and procedure. This contract will be extendable for the same quantity supply each month over another 12 months period should the refinery/seller be capable and reliable.
