If our SCO interests you, carefully read our needs, draw up a commercial request (LOI), and send it to us. Commercial offers are accepted for consideration exclusively for the entire scope of delivery/services/work.
The request for commercial proposals is not a tender (Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), a public tender (Art. 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), an offer in accordance with Art. 435 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not give rise to the obligation of LLC LUKOIL-TRANS to conclude an agreement with the participants in the request.
LLC LUKOIL-TRANS reserves the right to terminate the request for commercial proposals at any time without further substantiation of reasons, to accept or reject any offer, to purchase goods/works/services through or without tender procedures.
